By accessing this website, scheduling a consultation, purchasing services, or participating in coaching sessions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Coaching Services

Coaching is intended to provide support, accountability, education, and opportunities for self-reflection. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice.

Client Responsibility

Clients remain fully responsible for their own choices, actions, decisions, and outcomes.

Coaching may provide guidance, insight, reflection, and support, but all decisions made by the client remain the sole responsibility of the client.

Payments

Payment is due in full prior to the start of services unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

Approved payment plans require payments to be made according to the agreed schedule.

Missed or late payments may result in suspension of coaching services until the account is brought current.

Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours' notice when rescheduling a session.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

Make-up sessions may be offered at the coach's discretion and subject to availability.

Late Arrivals

Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

Refund Policy

Coaching fees are non-refundable.

No refunds will be provided for missed appointments, unused sessions, early termination of coaching services, or changes in personal circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through this website, coaching materials, worksheets, guides, handouts, blog posts, and other resources remain the intellectual property of Heather Stacy Coaching.

Materials may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, sold, or shared without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heather Stacy Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of coaching services, website content, or reliance on information provided.
